Our Process
1. Identify
After you have completed our intake form, providing essential details about the position you wish to fill, we will schedule a call with you. This call will allow us to get to know you better so that we can find the perfect match for your position.
2. Search
Based on the information you provide; we will search our database of grooms and riders to find your perfect match or create an advertisement if needed. After thorough interviews, we'll present a shortlist of top candidates and arrange calls or trials to assist with your selection.
3. Match
After you have selected one or more candidates, we offer a two-week trial. We believe it’s essential to assess whether your new employee is the right fit for your day-to-day operations. We offer ongoing support after placement to ensure a seamless transition and long-term success.
